Will your slippers fit me?
All of our slippers are based on a one fits most, providing you with the ease of no shoe size selections.
Are the slippers waterproof?
No, we recommend them for indoor use only
Is it safe to put my Slippers through the Washing Machine?
No, we do not recommend it.
Can I wear these slippers outdoors?
Yes you can, but we recommend you relax with these indoors. Please note that we do not cover damages or issues caused by general wear and tear.
How much is shipping?
FREE Shipping World Wide, 6-10 business days
How long will it take to get my items?
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and between 6-10 business days for delivery within all countries.
During peak times such as Christmas, as we get extremely busy, please allow an extra few days for your order.
Do you Post International?
Yes, we currently ship internationally!
Do you offer tracking with your orders?
Yes, for all addresses tracking is available with all orders. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email with the order tracking number and link to the mail courier.
My tracking information shows as delivered, but I am yet to receive it?
Parcels will sometimes be set to delivered by the mail courier before the shipment actually arrives. If your shipments are set to delivered and it has been more than 48 hours since the delivery date, then please email our Customer Support team so that we may investigate.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
If you place an order and decide to cancel it for any reason WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing your order, we will give you 100% of your money back. But, after 24 HOURS of ordering, we do not accept cancellations at all. Our refunds only cover manufacturer defects and quality issue, we will only except exchanges under rare circumstance and will vary case by case. All Postage Charges are to be incurred by the customer
The order transaction was declined.
If your transaction was not approved, then there is no order for us to fulfill. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, then please email our Customer Support Team.
